Unclaimed Benefits Campaign

Middlesbrough Financial Inclusion Group is running its Unclaimed Benefits campaign sessions in the new year with drop-in and appointments available. The sessions are to let them check if people can claim any additional money. They are held in two venues - Marton Hub and Grove Hill, see the posters below for times and dates:

Progress Programme

Community Ventures welcomes people to participate in the Progress Programme. This six-week course aims to help unemployed people living in the TS3 area to overcome barriers they might face to getting into work.
The course is 2 days each week for 6 weeks and starts on 20 January 2020. There are only 15 places, so please contact CVL soon if you are interested.

We are in the thick of another General Election. There have also been Local Government and European Union elections earlier in the year. It feels like a good time to provide a clear set of guidelines to help charities that are lobbying or campaigning for change on particular issues to check their activities remain within the law.
