Middlesbrough Council has launched the third Holiday Activity Fund (HAF) programme in 2021, known as Xplore. Their feedback has been there was an extremely varied programme of activities being offered over the previous two, thanks to deliverers. They are hoping to build on that to provide an even more exciting and varied programme over the Christmas holidays providing lots of fun.
