Volunteers are playing a big part in dealing with the effects of the current pandemic. Informal volunteering opportunities are being set up and VIOs are having to adapt their services to address the emerging needs. This guide is to help both informal groups as well as VIOs to set up and manage COVID 19 volunteering roles, ensuring that current guidelines and good parctice is followed.
