NEW STSCP Online Safeguarding Training: Safeguarding In A Digital World and Suicide & Self Harm - September, October & November 2022
The South Tees Safeguarding Children’s Partnership (STSCP) has commissioned Simon Finch, Independent Trainer to provide the following training:
SAFEGUARDING IN A DIGITAL AGE
The themes for the course:
- The role of technology and social media
- Appropriate online safety messages and challenging existing messages
- Online bullying
- Grooming
- Radicalisation and extremism
- Online Gaming
- Sexting
- Gender and body image
- Digital Literacy and fake news
- Digital identity
- Professional reputation
The courses are being held on:
- Thursday 22nd September 2022
- Thursday 20th October 2022
- Tuesday 22nd November 2023
All the course dates run from 9:30am to 11:30am by Microsoft Teams.
SUICIDE & SELF HARM
The themes for the course::
- Gender
- Body Image
- Online Bullying
- Self Harm
The courses are being held on:
- Thursday 22nd September 2022
- Thursday 20th October 2022
- Tuesday 22nd November 2023
The course dates run from 1:30pm to 2:30pm by Microsoft Teams.
