A new leadership development opportunity is launching this September for people working or volunteering in projects driving social change across South Tees.
Lead and Manage: Best Self, Great Teams, Amazing Together, is a six-part programme focused on personal leadership, building strong teams, and working collaboratively across sectors. Designed for both current and aspiring leaders, this practical course, running from September to December, offers tools, frameworks, and peer learning to help grow confident, resilient leadership in our communities.
Thanks to support from the Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales, anyone working or volunteering with a VCSE organisation in South Tees is eligible for a 50% bursary, reducing the cost from £600 to just £300 per person. (Please note: places are limited, and organisations requesting more than two places will need to discuss this with MVDA in advance.)
