Help Healthwatch South Tees improve signposting services

Over the last few weeks Healthwatch South Tees has received an increased number of queries from the public via their Information and Signposting service.

Since lockdown, services have had to adapt the way they deliver support, but this can be confusing for patients and service users. People are telling Healthwatch South Tees that there is a lack of information on websites and in the public domain about what support is available, how they can access it and who they need to contact. It is more important than ever to promote this information in a variety of different ways.

In order for Healthwatch South Tees to be able to give local people the most up to date information, it would be really helpful to have service providers complete Healthwatch South Tees survey to keep it updated with changes to your current service delivery as well as any plans you have to address emerging issues.

The survey has been developed in partnership with other local organisations through the Middlesbrough Health and Wellbeing Recovery Group and will close on Friday 11 September.

Can you please share with contacts and colleagues across South Tees, post on your websites and social media channels and include in newsletters/ebulletins and encourage completion. The more completed surveys we receive, the better we can inform the public and share the information collected.
