Healthwatch South Tees has now developed a survey to gather people’s experiences of using health and social care services during the Covid-19 pandemic.
They want to know the types of services people have used, if they have had video call consultations, or if they have decided not to seek support during lockdown, the reasons for this. There are also questions about mental wellbeing during the crisis and an opportunity to thank key workers.
