Job Title: Young Carers’ Development Worker
Salary: £23,339 pro rata per annum
Hours: 18 Hours per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term till 30th September 2021- – potential to extend dependant on funding
The Young Carers Development Worker will work within the Middlesbrough Young Carers Service. Supporting young carers age 5 – 18 to achieve positive outcomes through the development of young carers participation, project support interventions and improve identification, awareness of and support for young carers.
