Senior Administrator - Core Services
£22,753 per annum, 3% cost of living increase per year subject to funding
38 days annual leave per year, inclusive of bank holidays (increasing by 1 day per year to a max of 5 days as a long service reward)
37.5 hours per week
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator to join our Admin team based within the Core services function at The Junction Foundation.
We are looking to recruit an individual who has a flexible working approach, is adaptable to change and thrives on working with the ever-changing priorities we face within a charity setting and who is passionate about supporting an organisation that makes a difference to the lives of children, young people and families. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with the ability to motivate and inspire others, is approachable, highly organised with great IT skills and experience of using management information systems and is able to prioritise a busy varied workload, with recent experience of team leading and supervision skills.
Applicants should have excellent organisational skills and a positive, proactive approach and be of a confident nature due to the requirement to work across services, including the Executive and Management Team, liaising with external stakeholders and service users whilst ensuring that a professional image is portrayed at all times.
This individual will have natural empathy and understanding skills due to the nature of the information we work with and confidentiality is paramount.
