We are currently seeking a motivated and focused self-starter to join our successful team:
Hours: 30 per week
Job Purpose:
Managing Healthwatch County Durham with the possibility of additional projects.
Key tasks:
- To effectively and efficiently deliver and sustain Healthwatch County Durham with the potential of additional services for the Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP).
- To effectively develop and deliver Healthwatch, assisting the Board to ensure that Healthwatch operates in line with legislation and is accountable to the community.
- To successfully line manage project teams and support achievement of performance targets and milestones in-line with commissioner, funder and PCP expectations.
- To support the growth and development of projects as appropriate.
Key skills required:
The successful candidate will require extensive knowledge of the health and social care arena both nationally and locally. An ability to motivate and lead project teams with excellent budget management skills being essential. The ability to operate effectively within strategic arenas is vital.
