To work as a member of the MRT Abstinence & Recovery Team as a Programme Support. The role will provide support to the Quasi Residential and Recovery Support service.
Supporting the Quasi Residential service the post holder will cover the periods outside of programme delivery and weekends. Supporting the programme participants to build skills for living life in recovery and developing new interests the post will be a crucial role for ongoing success. Mutual aid meeting attendance will be supported by the programme support role.
Building recovery in the community as well as introducing the quasi residential opportunity to MRT participants will also be a core role.
The posts will be split into 2 key delivery areas – Quasi Residential out of hours (2 wte) & Programme delivery
All posts require flexible working to ensure consistent cover out of hours over a 7 day period. 30 hours per week.
