The Junction is recruiting for Outreach Worker (Emotional Wellbeing Services)
Contract: Fixed Term until 1st June 2024 (continuation possible subject to funding)
Hours: 18 Hours per week

Due to a number of positive developments within our Children and Young People’s Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Service we are looking for an exceptional candidate to work alongside the Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator and other colleagues to deliver Early Intervention and Prevention Services across the South Tees. This will involve supporting children and young people ending support to plan for positive progression and engage in community activities and support the services Participation Function. Experience of working with children and young people in one to one and group settings would be required.
