The Junction is recruiting for a Lead Group Worker – Short Breaks
Hours: Various hours- Short Breaks Guisborough 7hrs Including face to face Saturday 9:15am – 12:45pm and 3.5 hours planning and preparation time to be agreed.
Short Breaks Acklam 7.5hrs including face to face Wednesday 4:15pm – 6:45pm, 5hrs planning and preparation time to be agreed.
Contract Type: Fixed Term
Due to a number of developments we are looking for a group lead within our Redcar and Cleveland and Middlesbrough Short Breaks team. You will be part of a great team supporting young people aged 5 to 18 years who have additional needs. The Short Breaks sessions aim to be fun, supportive and educational. You will help plan and lead the sessions, you will use your experience and skills to ensure the sessions run safely and all those attending have the best possible experience. Delivery will be in Guisborough on a Saturday morning and Acklam, Middlesbrough on a Wednesday evening. We are looking for a motivated, well organised and committed person with a passion and experience in supporting local children.
