The Junction Foundation are recruiting for a Lead Group Worker – Short Breaks Youth Work
Hours: 7hrs per week. Including face to face Saturday 9:15am – 12:45pm and 3.5hrs planning and preparation time to be agreed.
Contract Type: Initially temporary until 31/3/2023
Responsible to: Service Coordinator
Accountable to: Service Coordinator/ Senior Leadership Team
JOB PURPOSE:
To lead the planning, delivery, evaluation and recording of activities of the Saturday Short Breaks service with the support and guidance of the Project Coordinator.
To support positive outcomes for children and young people who attend the Saturday Short Breaks club and support young people working within the principles and values of The Junction at all times.
