Community Campus ’87 Ltd is a leading social enterprise, (recently awarded Investors in People, ‘we invest in people standard’) working to reduce homelessness and create opportunities for service users across the Tees Valley.
We are currently seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and suitably experienced Housing and Resettlement Worker to join our existing teams.
Housing and Resettlement Worker - 37.5 hours Fixed Term 12 months
(Some evening and weekend work may be required).
Based in Stockton/Middlesbrough/Hartlepool £19380 per annum
The successful applicant will be able to develop positive professional relationships with people with varying support needs in dispersed accommodation owned by Community Campus . The ideal candidate will be client focused, have good organisational and people skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to situations and have a flexible approach. We are looking for committed people who are able to work on their own initiative with individuals with complex and challenging support needs.
You will have experience of providing intensive housing management alongside support planning, risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation. Most importantly, you should have the drive and commitment and personal values required to enable people to realise their potential.
