An exciting opportunity has arisen within our management team and we are seeking to recruit an exceptional and dynamic Head of Operations. The successful candidate must have an extensive track record of exemplary senior operational management, including strong leadership and staff management skills. In addition to overseeing the highest standards of delivery, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the continued delivery of a portfolio of services across the North of England. Therefore, you will have experience in business development and have contributed to the growth of similar organisations.
The role will include: HR related tasks; delivery and development of our People Strategy; implementation of new services; oversight of governance and quality; and leading on our data monitoring and performance. Therefore, you will need to be a highly skilled, flexible, versatile and experienced senior manager.
