Teesside Hospice are looking for an experienced Trusts and Grants Manager to join our growing Income Generation Team to help deliver their strategic and operational ambitions. The Grants and Trusts Manager will be responsible for generating income from existing and potential charitable trusts & foundations.
Initiative, creativity and excellent organisational and writing skills are essential for this role, together with the ability to develop persuasive proposals and nurture effective relationships with key funders. To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable experience of securing consistent five or six figure sums from grant applications as well as excellent research, analytical and relationship development skills. You will also be comfortable with working in a small team and with taking initiative and responsibility.
We are looking for someone with great interpersonal and negotiation skills with a positive, creative and proactive approach. As well as excellent IT skills, you will need to be self-motivated and comfortable working to financial targets.
