Based at HMP & YOI Low Newton
18.75 hours per week
Fixed term contract until 31 March 2023 (with the possibility of an extension)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Nepacs Early Days in Custody team. The Family Support Worker will help women arriving into Low Newton, and their families, in the early days of custody. The aim is to improve family contact and help to resolve any family relationship issues. We are looking for someone with experience in family support and the criminal justice system who can help us to reduce the impact when a loved one is sent to prison.
Enhanced DBS and prison clearance are essential for the role
