We’re recruiting for a Charity Business Manager. Based in Redcar and supporting the organisation across our delivery area this important role enables the charity to provide all of our services to children, young people and families and supports the Senior Leadership team with their duties. You will lead on finance, admin, HR, health & safety and information security but if you don’t feel your experience or training covers all these areas please feel free to give Jamie Noble, Deputy Chief Executive, a call or email as we would hate to lose a great candidate who has some of the right skills and experience as training and support will be provided by the Senior Leadership Team to aid professional development.
The Junction are a respected charity striving to make a difference to the lives of local children, young people and their families across the Tees Valley. Originally founded in 1991 we have a long history of supporting some of the most vulnerable people in our community and we are looking for passionate and committed people to join our team to support the life changing work we do.
We are one of the largest local charities supporting children and young people with an annual income of over £1million and a workforce of over 50 passionate professionals, from a range of backgrounds, working across our 4 sites.
Each year we support over 2000 children, young people and their families through an array of services, including: Young Carers’ Services, Mental Health and Emotional Wellbeing Services, Youth Employment Services, Youth Work – Social Action and Participation Services and we provide a specialist transport service exclusively for children and young people.
