Hitting doorsteps, desks and inboxes this morning is our reflection of the community conversations that were hosted over the summer period by 42 community organisations. 1,765 local people shared their view about what life is like in Middlesbrough – for them, their families and others. MVDA facilitated the process of hosting community conversations working in partnership with local public services and others.
The document is a snapshot of what people said (click here to see the full report and methodology for the analysis). It includes some key themes that emerged and great insights into what is believed to be the responsibility of local people and the requests of others. It is a fantastic example of the richness of data, opinion and thought that comes through sharing community intelligence. It is invaluable.
- Please share your feedback on the document with us.
- If you took part, please let us know about your experience of the community conversation process.
- Continue in being part of the evolving social regeneration journey for the people and communities of Middlesbrough. We will be organising an event early in the New Year to bring together those involved in hosting the 42 community conversations and encourage other community organisations to get involved.
