Pioneering Care Partnership (PCP) Healthwatch South Tees (HWST), the operating name for Healthwatch Middlesbrough & Healthwatch Redcar and Cleveland team are currently recruiting.
We are looking for a highly motivated Volunteer and Engagement Officer to join our friendly HWST team who has an ambitious vision and drive to make a difference (30 hours per week, blended home working and Middlesbrough office based). You will:
- Recruit and support volunteers and Community Champions.
- Help us understand local people’s experiences of health and care services.
- Add value to our work.
- Help improve service delivery, influence commissioning.
- Inform our priorities now and in the future.
We are looking for someone to:
- Engage effectively with a diverse range of communities.
- Positively promote our service.
- Gather local community intelligence.
