Furlonteer is a new not-for-profit project to support the charity sector during the coronavirus outbreak. It harnesses the potential of the millions of skilled employees who have been furloughed and are looking for ways to help and fill their time.
Furlonteer is connecting people on furlough with volunteer opportunities at charities, aiming to match the experience, skills and available time with the charities needs. With over 5000 Furlonteers, from accountants to graphic designers, already registered and eager to help, they can offer a variety of skills to help make a difference.
