Healthwatch South Tees is currently gathering views on a range of health and social care topics:
- Those living with arthritis can share their thoughts on the care and support they have been offered regarding their condition.
- If you have a Personal Health Budget, you can feed back on the information and support that is provided to you and how effective it is at meeting your needs.
- If you’re aged between 14 and 25, Healthwatch would like to know what you think causes poor mental health, as well as what can be done to stop mental health issues from getting worse.
Healthwatch is the independent champion for people who use health and social care services, making sure that those running services put people at the heart of care. If you are involved with a voluntary and community organisation, working with people who might be interested in contributing to one or more of the above, please share details as appropriate.
If you would like some advice on these consultations or would like to share your experience of another health and social care service, you can get in touch with Healthwatch by calling their freephone on 0800 989 0080, or emailing general@healthwatchsouthtees.org.uk.
