Reaching Carers From Diverse Communities

Supporting the identification of carers is a stated priority for the Carers Strategic Partnership in Middlesbrough. To reach carers in diverse Middlesbrough communities three local voluntary sector organisations were engaged through grant funding. This the first report from this engagement and is from Neuro Key who support people living with a neurological condition.
