The Mayor, Chris Cooke is a great advocate of the voluntary sector and the work undertaken in the town. He is very aware that you are the ears on the ground and also, often the first point of contact. Because of this he is keen to hear about the challenges currently being faced both by residents and VCS organisations, as well as the opportunities. To do this he is inviting you to the Collaboration Zone in Fountain Court to discuss this once a quarter.
During the sessions Chris would like to cover 3 P's:
- People - What groups/communities are people worried about
- Problems - Challenges in the sector
- Positives - Good News stories and opportunities
This will be on an informal, drop in basis so please add these dates to your diary/calendar and drop in if you can:
- Tuesday 26th November at 10.00am-11.00am
- Tuesday 25th February at 10.00am-11.00am
- Tuesday 27th May at 10.00am-11.00am
- Tuesday 26th August at 10.00am-11.00am
Fountain Court is at Grange Rd, Middlesbrough TS1 2DT (follow this link for a map)
