Groundwork NE & Cumbria is seeking someone with experience of successful employment programme coordination and implementation. You must have the ability of forming successful working relationships with partners, jobseekers, employers and training providers. Having experience of working effectively as a leader of a team within a complex, changing and challenging environment is essential as well as being a good facilitator and enabler with strong organisational skills to support effective programme coordination
