The programme is focused on supporting people with multiple and complex barriers to move closer to employment or training. The aim of the SFTV programme is to bring local organisations together through a joined up approach to service delivery to work collaboratively in partnership to support and navigate participants in removing the barriers they have to work or training. The project is funded by the European Social Fund and National Lottery Community Fund.
An opportunity has arisen for a Partnership Manager to join the Step Forward Tees Valley Programme Management Team following the successful progression of the former post holder. The role will include driving and successfully delivering programme performance, leading the marketing and communications strategy, and ensuring the cross cutting themes of gender equality and equal opportunities and sustainability are successfully embedded across the programme. This role is a permanent contract, however the role is linked to the funding of the project which is currently confirmed to 30 June 2023.
Applicants must have experience and a passion for partnership working and have a demonstrable track record of driving high performance to ensure maximum impact, and embedding successful marketing and communications strategies to increase business/project reach and impact positively on performance.
