Administrative Assistant
In June 2017 I got involved with the Talent Match project as recommended by my job coach from Job Centre Plus. After a short period of time working with my advocate he suggested that I volunteered on a course that was ran by local charity Actes.
I volunteered on this course for 3 months which gave me valuable skills to be able to apply for a job within the organisation. My role involved working on the Youth Employment Initiative project as an advocate/administrator.
In August 2018 I joined MVDA as an Administrative Assistant providing general admin support together with dedicated project support to the Talent Match work that MVDA is delivering/facilitating.
