From Monday 2nd - Sunday 8th June we're celebrating national Volunteers' Week to inspire more people to make a difference in Middlesbrough!
Join in Our 'You're a Star' campaign!
We want to light up Middlesbrough with stars for Volunteers Week.
- We'd like you and your volunteers to create a star. Paint, draw, collage, photo or design your very own star in any way you like.
- Take a picture of the completed star and post it to Facebook, tagging @Volunteering Academy and using the hashtag #volunteersweek
- Decorate your building or space with stars to promote Volunteers week or alternatively, pop along to 2B Creative Health and add your star to the large Star collection which we are creating within the Hill Street Centre.
- Together, let's make 'Volunteers Week 2025' shine!
Share your event for our Volunteers Week calendar
We know lots of organisations are organising their own events which we're collating and will be sharing on social media. If you have anything planned, please let us know and we will add it. Please let us know by Wednesday 28th May which will give us time to create some awareness for your events.
