MVDA welcomes Development Manager for Cleveland Sexual Harms Network

Please welcome Sarah Pritchard to MVDA as our new Development Manager for the Cleveland Sexual Harms Network. Sarah comes to us with a passion for breaking down barriers around sexual harm and building stronger, more joined-up support across all ages and genders in Cleveland.

In her role, Sarah will be:

  • Bringing together partner agencies to create a coordinated, all-ages delivery plan
  • Leading the new Sexual Harms Network to improve victim experience, satisfaction and confidence in services
  • Driving forward our NHS England-funded work to make sure every voice is heard and supported

Sarah (pictured centre in photo) said:

“Sexual harms are hidden in plain sight, and as a society, talking and responding to issues about sex can bring many barriers. I am committed to understanding and dismantling those barriers as this type of harm can have such a devastating impact for all”.

MVDA will host the NHSE-funded role for 18 months. The OPCC will manage the role.
