Nepacs is a regional charity which supports positive futures for prisoners and their families.
Nepacs has been successful within a partnership led by St Giles/Wise Group, including Nepacs, Rethink and Thirteen, to deliver support services across Durham and Cleveland to men under probation supervision.
Nepacs are looking for a motivational wellbeing coach who will work with those referred to overcome barriers they face, someone who will deliver an outstanding service demonstrating commitment to the partnership as well as to Nepacs.
The successful candidate will be part of a multi-agency team, they will hold a caseload to deliver person-centred support, focusing holistically to address a range of personal wellbeing issues faced by service users referred by the Probation Service
All applicants will have excellent organisational ability, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications plus exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; some experience of working within the criminal justice system is desirable and a passion for making a difference are essential.
This contract is fixed term and is subject to DBS enhanced and pre-employment checks.
