Housing and Resettlement Worker - 37.5 hours Fixed Term 12 months
(Some evening and weekend work may be required).
Based in Stockton
£19,961.40 per annum (Pay Review Pending)
The successful applicant will be able to develop positive professional relationships with a wide ranging client group (from young people leaving care to people with substance issues ) with varying support needs in dispersed accommodation owned by Community Campus . The ideal candidate will be client focused, have good organisational and people skills, be able to demonstrate the ability to adapt to situations and have a flexible approach. We are looking for committed people who are able to work on their own initiative with individuals with complex and challenging support needs.
You will have experience of providing intensive housing management alongside support planning, risk assessments and have a sound knowledge of relevant legislation. Most importantly, you should have the drive and commitment and personal values required to enable people to realise their potential.
Employment will be subject to a suitable D.B.S. check and satisfactory references.
