Job Title: Service Operational Manager
Salary: £38,890, mapped to Agenda for Change, with annual increase
Hours: 37.5 per week
Contract Type: Permanent - subject to funding

We are seeking an exceptional manager with the ability to lead the operational delivery of Services within The Junction initially focusing on Children and Young People’s Mental Health. While a therapeutic background is not necessary for the role, the right candidate will have highly developed management and leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team including supporting the workforce to ensure a timely response to children and young people’s needs, a range of different agenda’s and interpret data to inform service improvement and report on progress.
