The Junction is recruiting for Team Lead (PCC) – Youth Work
Hours: 15 hours contracted per week initially. Additional hours within The Junction Foundation may also be available

The Junction is a respected charity working to make a difference to the lives of children young people and their families. We are proud of our reputation and believe that all of our workers are key to establishing positive relationships, building trust, self-belief, a sense of family and belonging.
Due to a number of developments we are looking for a team of workers to support young people aged 11 to 18 years to access youth work, informal education and support opportunities. Thanks to the Police Crime Commission we have been successful in gaining funding for a project to reduce young people’s involvement in antisocial behaviour. This will include detached youth work sessions, planning and delivering group sessions and supporting young people in one to one setting. We are looking for a motivated, well organised and committed person with a passion and experience in supporting local children and young people to lead the team on a day to day basis
