About The Role
Superb opportunity for an Assistant Project Worker to work with adults with mental health in supported accommodation, helping them to grow their strengths and talents to achieve greater independence.

The Assistant Project Worker will work with vulnerable adults with mental health living in supported accommodation to:
Encourage participation in activities
Help facilitate in house activities
Develop residents’ skills, strengths and talents
Provide practical tenancy related support
Encourage greater independence
About You
We need you to be naturally aligned with saha’s values and behaviours and to demonstrate energy and passion in your daily contribution as an Assistant Project Worker to transforming lives.
You will be confident and have a basic understanding of mental health and the types of challenges affecting our residents. We need you to have:
Empathy with our residents
Prior experience of working or dealing with vulnerable adults
Experience of resolving difficult situations
