Salary £25,503 (planned increase in April to £26,268) pro rata per annum plus 3% increment increase per annum subject to funding and satisfactory performance.

Our Youth Employment Service has a well-respected and established history creating opportunities for young people to access work placements, traineeships, apprenticeships, education, training and employment opportunities.
Due to the extension of the contract we are in a position to expand our delivery team.
The right candidate will have a background in engaging with unemployed young people to ensure holistic provision is provided in a young person-centred way. You will work as part of a team to empower young people to work towards achieving appropriate outcomes and measure progress against agreed targets. By working alongside programme partners, using appropriate systems to record outputs and outcomes, considering individual needs, positive relationships will be developed demonstrating an active commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of young people and their families.
