This role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind as our Services Manager. You will be an important part of our Senior Leadership Team and will play a pivotal role in the organisation. As our newly appointed Services Manager you will have overall accountability for a range of commissioned and grant funded services, currently including Children and Young People’s and Advocacy services. You will ensure services are delivered to the highest standard and in line with budget. You will provide leadership and management support to team managers and projects leads. You will build strong working relationships with commissioners, funders, and other agencies within the local area, representing Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind, our services and our values. As a senior manager in the organisation you will work closely with the Chief Executive and other members of the senior team to contribute to organisation-wide policy, strategy and management. Through your role you will identify and promote good practice and implement service improvements, ensuring quality, and the effective development and delivery of service areas across the organisation.
