A Way Out is seeking to recruit to the role of part time Youth Outreach Worker to support our Youth Engagement Service working with vulnerable young people (aged between 8-16). The service delivers a highly innovative, relational, multi-component model designed to break the cycle of disadvantage and tackle these issues before they become entrenched. The role will be responsible continued development of the Service whilst delivering a range of existing activities and a package of 1:1 support with the help of Youth Workers and a team of volunteers. The young people receiving support experience a range of difficulties.
