Nepacs is a regional charity which supports positive futures for prisoners and their families.
We are seeking to recruit a Volunteer Coordinator who will be the “champion” for volunteers within the organisation, leading on recruiting, training and supporting volunteers to deliver a range of services in our operational teams. The post holder will also develop a strategy and plan to promote volunteers with lived experienced of criminal justice and the care system.
All applicants will have excellent organisational ability, working knowledge of Microsoft office applications plus exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; experience of working with or leading volunteers is essential.
This contract is fixed term and is subject to Prison Service vetting, DBS checks and pre employment checks.
