Located: Homeworking with significant outreach across Co. Durham
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: PCP Band 5 £21,136 per annum
Term: Fixed 31/03/2022
Holidays: 27 days holidays per annum
Are you community focused? We have three positions available to join a new project set to be delivered across County Durham. The aim is to support those deeply impacted by Covid-19, including those who have suffered from Covid-19 and those who have been bereaved. You will be responsible for delivering support and guidance through services and projects, whilst exploring outreach work to maximize impact of those in need. Confidence to work with people across all levels in a sympathetic manner is crucial to this role. You must have a solution focused attitude and have a proactive and well researched approach to signposting clients to services and support relevant to them. Proven experience of working with people and impacted communities is key, with a natural awareness of Covid-19 and its affects on mental health and wellbeing. You will be able to work under pressure and maintain the delivery of support and services to clients, with an understanding knowledge of how to process sensitive information and data.
