Wellbeing Volunteer Officer
Salary: Band 5, Point 10, Salary £21,902
Located: Willington Health Centre, with significant outreach across County Durham
37 hours per week
Fixed Term until 31 March 2022

Do you have previous line manager or volunteer support experience? Are you looking to utilise your experience to support and train volunteers, helping them to gain skills, knowledge, experience and confidence? Are you flexible and enjoy a challenge? Do you want to help others to make positive lifestyle changes? Can you work effectively with a variety of partners, community and voluntary organisations across County Durham?

The perfect candidate will work with groups and individuals aged 16 years and over from across County Durham to facilitate a volunteer experience either with Wellbeing for Life or another suitable service. Ensuring that each volunteer is treated with respect and dignity. Ensuring that volunteers have the necessary support and training for their roles, whilst maintain volunteer records and standards.
