Youth Outreach Co-ordinator, full time (37.5 hrs pw), £21,941
A Way Out is seeking to recruit to the role of full time Youth Outreach Coordinator to lead our Youth Engagement Service working with vulnerable young people (aged between 8-14). The service delivers a highly innovative, relational, multi-component model designed to break the cycle of disadvantage and tackle these issues before they become entrenched. The role will be responsible for the delivery and continued development of the Service whilst co-ordinating a range of existing activities and a package e of 1:1 support with the help of Youth Workers and a team of volunteers. The young people receiving support experience a range of difficulties.
