We are here to support, promote and develop voluntary and community action in Middlesbrough

LocalMotion – creating a shared ambition for local change

LocalMotion is a collaboration of six funders who would like to work with people and organisations in six places across England and Wales, including Middlesbrough, to create long term systemic change.

LocalMotion’s vision is to use their collective experience and resources to support local people to address the social, environmental and economic priorities that matter to them and to derive as much learning as possible from that process. The six funders who created LocalMotion are: Lloyds Bank Foundation, Esmee Fairbairn Foundation, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, Lankelly Chase Foundation, Tudor Trust, and City Bridge Trust.

This session is a chance to hear from Kathleen Kelly, LocalMotion’s Director of Collaboration on:

  • what issues people have been raising so far in Middlesbrough and
  • to influence the approach LocalMotion might take in Middlesbrough to building cross sector collaboration and a shared local vision for long term systemic change.

The session is a chance to explore the strengths and assets you would like LocaMotion to build on in Middlesbrough and to help shape and influence the approach LocalMotion might take to co-producing a LocalMotion local vision for Middlesbrough.

Book your place at this virtual event to be held via Zoom on this page and you will be sent the login details by email.
