£18,360 - £20,808 per annum, pro rata for term time only

Daisy Chain are looking to appoint a Care Team Leader who will encourage, inspire and support the personal development of people with Autism and related conditions. They will assist with the delivery of Daisy Chain’s Services, in line with Daisy Chain’s core values, embracing change and development to ensure continuous high-quality standards.
This position is new to Daisy Chain. We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
An enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure will be sought along with other relevant employment checks deemed appropriate.
