The Learning and Development Manager will lead the development and delivery of Daisy Chain’s new internal staff training platform. They will be responsible for both the co-design (with DC Autism experts) and delivery of a new care recruit training module. The post holder will also be responsible for ongoing learning and professional development of Daisy Chain’s current employees. They will ensure training needs are met through direct delivery of training support or through external delivery.
