A Way Out is currently looking for new trustees to help us to move forward to the next exciting stage in our development. As a new trustee, you would be joining a small team of existing Trustees to support our work in Stockton on Tees.
Your role would include providing input into our strategic direction, including our vision, aims and overarching strategy, you will help guarantee that the organisation functions within the legal and financial requirements of a registered charity. As a Trustee you will also take responsibility for overseeing the management of the charity while concurrently delegating management to the Chief Executive Officer.
We are looking for creative individuals with demonstrable leadership skills. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a range of experience and skills from across the legal sectors who are also supportive of the Christian ethos of the organisation.
