Ready to find your perfect role?
If you’re ready to start right away, look for volunteering opportunities using our free app ‘TeamKinetic’ or at the link below. You'll need to register first before downloading the app or applying for roles. You can find out more about TeamKinetic and our FAQs and helpful guides to use it.
How do I register with TeamKinetic?
Follow this link to register to apply for roles, which is quick and easy to do. You can also register through a invite or a link shared by a provider.
Registration is two step process - once you enter your email address, an email will be sent to you to complete the process of adding your details.

What details do I need to enter?
The system needs to collect some personal information here including your name, birthdate and contact details so we can match you to suitable opportunities and remind you about your upcoming opportunities.
Once you've registered on the website you can download our app for free on iOS and Android. Just search ‘Volunteer with TeamKinetic’ or click the links below. It will then ask you to login with the details you used to register already.
What support is offered by the Volunteering Academy?
We offer extra support to people with barriers to enable them to connect with suitable opportunities. This can include one to one support, relevant training, peer mentoring etc. which is personalised to the needs identified. If you choose to be contacted for further assistance, a member of the VA team will contact you to arrange a meeting. Or get in touch with us.
What emails will you send if I opt in?
We send out a regular volunteering ebulletin that has information about latest the volunteering opportunities as well as training opportunities, useful information about things happening in your community. Opting in will help us keep you informed about all things volunteering in your community.
What is TeamKinetic?
TeamKinetic is an award-winning digital platform, which will be free to use for any volunteer, funded as part of our Volunteering Academy project. The system is already used all over the UK by Volunteer Involving Organisations including charities as well as Universities and Local Authorities. Find out more about TeamKinetic.
