6th June:  Bring and share lunch for volunteers 10am -12

We’re holding a special bring and share lunch for volunteers and volunteer coordinators. The venue will be in the town centre but not confirmed as yet. This will be an informal way for volunteer coordinators and volunteers to network with each and just celebrate the fact that that we do such a great job, and share cake!

Tell us why you volunteer and win a Lush gift pack!

We’re asking volunteers to answer the following and win one of 35 Lush gift packs:

"What’s the best thing about volunteering for you?"

Please share with your volunteers and send answers to suganya@mvdauk.org.uk They can be in any format – words, a photo, voice note. We have 35 gift packs to give away so you have a great chance of winning one!

Do you have an unusual/special volunteering opportunity?

During Volunteers Week we’re hoping to share the diversity of volunteering opportunities out there in a social media campaign. Please send examples to suganya@mvdauk.org.uk including your organisation name, role and social media tag so we can share it.
