The role:
You will be part of a team who are highly focused on transforming lives and changing perceptions.
This role is multi faceted and you:
- Will be required to engage with our employer base each day and support our beneficiaries into the ideal job and beyond.
- Will be expected to build close relationships with HR departments hiring managers/directors through a variety of means including networking, LinkedIn and phone calls. We will support you to build your own network of supportive individuals and/or organisations across the region.

The role isn’t straight forward with each person, given the circumstances Clean Slate Solutions deal with, a level of community support will always feed into the day to day, meeting people and purchasing travel passes, phone top ups, food parcels, or giving a lift to make sure a candidate can get to an interview (*Lone Working Policy applies) and many other potential helping hand activities.
Because of the nature of this role, at times the job is not for the faint hearted.
A high level of empathy is required throughout. We believe in a common sense, big hearted, yet fair approach to every aspect of our work. The role is extremely fluid and no two days are the same.
