a great tool to achieve more with less
In a time of stretched resources and substantial cuts, more creative ways of working are needed to ensure that communities continue to receive much needed support. There is evidence that positive and lasting relationships lead to increased overall success for the organisations and the beneficiaries of support.
This November, the North East Collaboration Conference will provide a unique opportunity to convene voluntary and community organisations (VCOs) and local businesses to share good practice, discuss opportunities and challenges around collaboration and enhance networks to aid collaborative working.
To support this agenda, MVDA is offering to fund ten conference tickets for individuals from VCOs (with a turnover of less than £100k pa) to attend and join other organisations interested in having a social impact. VCOs, University representatives, local businesses and large public companies will be attending, all with a view to make the North East a beacon of good practice in collaboration. The tickets will be given away on a first come, first serve basis, one per organisation (working in Middlesbrough). If you would like one, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
